SAY GOODBYE TO SMALL TALK.

What if your event were full of laughter? What if people had deeply meaningful conversations? What if your attendees talked about the experience for years to come?

I design and host in-person and virtual events that accelerate connection and deepen relationships. Whether you’re planning a dinner party, a conference, or a team event, I’ll help you create an engaging experience your guests will never forget.

Hi, I’m Hannah.

My mission is to bring people together in meaningful ways to create community and cultivate belonging. I love throwing a dinner party for a group of strangers and crafting an experience that allows them to connect with ease.

My broad professional background allows me to design for and work seamlessly with any audience. I leverage my experience facilitating leadership events for executives and MBA students to think critically about event purpose and outcomes. My experience as a nonprofit fundraiser, designing intimate gatherings for donors, informs my ability to make every individual at a celebration feel special.

I have a BA in psychology from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. I love a laughter-filled dinner party, a bold red lipstick, and a bootcamp workout.

I draw inspiration on designing transformational experiences from the work of Jenny Sauer-Klein.

I started the evening with complete strangers and left feeling deeply connected to the people I’d met.

Offerings

  • Event Design

Ready to take your event to the next level? I will work with you to co-create an event that is meaningful, interactive, and fun. Unlike a traditional event that leaves guests to have superficial conversations, yours will masterfully foster authentic, lasting connection.

  • Hosting

I’ll host the event so you can relax and be present with your guests. Through dynamic group facilitation and engaging exercises, I’ll get everyone talking, laughing, and connecting meaningfully with each other. You don’t need to worry about a thing!

Every event is an opportunity for connection.

  • “I normally find it draining to attend events with a large group of people I’ve never met - especially coming out of the pandemic. I really don’t care for small talk! When I attended a dinner facilitated by Hannah, I was struck by how intentionally she designed the experience to foster intimacy, making the group of 20 feel like a group of 5. Hannah used natural, subtle facilitation and seamlessly incorporated games throughout. By the end of the event, I felt energized and excited to stay in touch with the people I’d met.”

David Corfield, Co-Founder & CEO, LifeWork

  • "While planning a 4-hour virtual retreat for my staff, I reached out to Hannah for her expertise in designing team-building activities and using technology effectively. Not only did Hannah provide creative ideas for activities, but she also shared multiple ways I could use Zoom to keep the staff engaged. Feedback was unanimously positive. One staff member summed it up in one word: 'masterful.'"

Charlotte Katzin, Nurse Manager, University of Texas at Austin

  • "As someone who facilitates groups myself, I appreciate that Hannah keeps purpose and connection at the forefront of the experiences she designs. Hannah is a formidable facilitator who asks the types of questions that compel you to think deeply about who you are and what you want out of life. I am in awe of her ability to ask exactly the right question at exactly the right time."

Allyson Dhindsa, Senior Associate Director of Career Coaching, NYU Stern School of Business

  • “Hannah designed and hosted my virtual family reunion for 30 people, ranging in age from 20 to 80. She created structure for the event, designed creative and engaging exercises, and managed all the technical details so I could participate with ease. The connection we felt was incredible. Until this experience with Hannah, I didn’t know it was possible to feel so connected virtually.”

Elana Congress, Product Marketing Manager, Adobe

  • "Through Hannah's skillful guidance, communal activities, and conversation prompts, I was able to openly share about experiences related to vulnerable topics I would normally share only with a close friend. By the end of the event, I felt empowered, heard, and deeply connected with the women who participated with me in such a meaningful experience."

Ashley Feuchs, Clinician, Seneca Family of Agencies

  • “Hannah blew me away with a surprise Zoom birthday gathering during the early days of the COVID pandemic. The whole experience was filled with hilarity for me and all the participants, not to mention an incredible exchange of warmth and love. It was perfect and memorable.”
